SOTO MADURA (MADURA SOUP)
250 gr boiled chicken, thinly sliced or shredded(or beef, thinly sliced)
5 boiled egg, sliced
250 gr boiled potato, sliced
100 gr bean sprouts, discards the roots, washed clean, and pour with hot water
5 bunches leek, chopped
1 stick lemon grass, bruised
5 rods cellery leaves, thinly sliced

fried onion
Refined Spice:
3 items shallot
2 garlic fangs
5 candlenuts
1 ginger knuckle
1 knuckle lengkuas/galingale
1 tea spoon adequate salt pepper
How to make:
- Boil the chicken/beef with adequate water until ripe. Adopted, shredded chicken or the slice of beef. Eliminated.
